I’m a registered HCPC dietitian with over 10 years of experience in nutrition and workplace wellbeing. With a Master’s degree in Health Promotion and Public Health, I bring a 360-degree, evidence-based approach to health — combining nutrition, movement, and mindset to create lasting change.
As both a qualified personal trainer and yoga teacher, I support my clients through every angle of their wellbeing journey. Whether I’m working with athletes, women, sports teams, or workplace groups, my aim is simple: to educate, support, and coach people to make positive, practical long-lasting changes.
Through personalised coaching and engaging group sessions, I help people feel better, move better, and live better — one healthy habit at a time.
